Chamber Singers perform in MACCC Conference Choir, San Francisco

Under the direction of Dr. Joshua Haberman of SFSU, over 180 singers from community colleges throughout the state performed in a concert to conclude the annual conference of the Music Association of California Community Colleges, or MACCC. While instructors attended seminars during the November 16-18, 2005 conference, instrumental and vocal students rehearsed in preparation for the Friday band and choir concert.

West Valley College was well represented, as piano instructor and staff accompanist Randy Hawkins accompanied the choir, and soprano Melody Morales sang a solo with the choir.
